Before installing the machine, check the installation foundation drawing and the position of the bolt holes of the machine base (compared with the on-site foundation), and install it only after it is correct.

The installation foundation should find the horizontal line from both directions. The horizontal tolerance of the whole machine (left and right) is 0.5mm, and the vertical (front and rear) horizontal tolerance is 0.5mm.

On the base surface where the machine body is installed, leave a certain gap between the base plate of the machine body and the concrete foundation, and place horns between 50 and 70 mm on both sides of the bolt for alignment and secondary grouting.

The junction between the body and the feeding port should be tightly connected, and no leakage of material should be allowed.

Lubrication of the machine under normal conditions: Before the machine leaves the factory, all lubricating parts have been filled with grease, and the user should check before using the machine. It is recommended to inject lubricating oil into the bearing, refuel it every three months, and replace it at least twice a year (the bearing is installed in the bearing seat). If lubricating with thin oil (injecting thin oil into the bearing seat), add lubricating oil to the bearing after every eight hours of operation. Change the lubricating oil every three months. When changing the oil, clean the bearing with clean kerosene, and in the bearing seat, the oil level should be kept at the lowest position of the center of the ball. If it is lubricated with grease, the dry oil cup gland should be screwed 2~3 times per shift, a certain amount of dry oil should be added, and the bearing should be cleaned every six months.
