700-800TPH limestone production line
After explosion, < 1020mm limestone will be conveyed into vibrating feeder by dumper, then the stone will be fed into jaw crusher for primary crushing, the discharged material is about 150-300mm; after primary crushing, the discharged material will be conveyed into impact crusher for secondary crushing; then the discharged material will be conveyed into vibrating screen, the required sizes will be screened out and the oversized material will return impact crusher for re-crushing until all the final products is the required sizes.
Note: 300mm material will be fed into impact crusher directly, no use of jaw crusher.
