1. 2. A comprehensive inspection and preheating of the sand making production line equipment should be carried out before work every day.

3. Before the temperature is lower than zero, the gearbox oil and lubricating oil of steel machinery, air compressor, ground pump, tower crane, sand making machine, etc. should be replaced with lubricating oil above -25#.

4. When the ground pump is laid out, the principles of short lines, few elbows, and tight joints should be followed. The pump pipe connection of ground pump and distributor must be tight to ensure no slurry leakage. When the temperature is low or encounters a cold current, the pump pipe should be insulated and wrapped with rubber and plastic insulation materials. Before pumping concrete, start the machine and wet the whole pipeline with hot water. When pumping concrete, it must ensure that the concrete works continuously. In case of failure, the stop time does not exceed 45 minutes or the concrete segregates, the residual concrete in the pipe should be rinsed immediately, and the residual ash and accumulated water should be cleaned up in time.

5. A special person is assigned to be responsible for the elimination of accumulated water, ice and snow deposits, sundries, etc. on the site of the sand washing machine, so as to ensure that the working site of the sand washing machine is free of accumulated water and ice.

6. The construction site of sand making production line equipment stone washing machine should have wind and snow protection measures.

7. In case of snowy weather or strong wind above level 6, the operation must be stopped, and the sand making production line equipment must not be forced to operate in strong wind above level 6, foggy weather, or mechanical failure.
