1. Preparations before starting:

3. Whether the protective device is in good condition, if any unsafe phenomenon is found, it should be eliminated immediately
4. Check whether there are ores or other sundries in the crushing cavity, and remove them immediately if any.

2.the start of the jaw crusher:

1. After inspection and proof that the condition of the machine and the transmission part is normal, it can be started.
2. The machine can only be started under no-load condition
3. After starting, if any abnormal situation is found, stop the machine immediately, and start again after the cause is found out and hidden dangers are eliminated.

3. Matters needing attention:

1. The crusher can only be fed after it is in normal operation.
2. The material to be crushed should be evenly fed into the crushing cavity, and side feeding should be avoided to prevent sudden load changes or unilateral sudden increases
3. Under normal working conditions, the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 35°C, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70°C, otherwise stop the machine immediately, find out the cause and eliminate it
4. Before stopping, the feeding should be stopped first, and the motor can only be turned off after the crushed material in the crushing cavity is completely emptied.
5. When in use, if the machine stops due to material blockage in the crushing cavity, the motor should be turned off immediately, and the material must be removed before it can be used again
