1. Matters needing attention when the cone crusher is working:

3. Replacement of the acetabular wall

4. Replacement of cone crushing wall

5. Gear meshing

Due to the wear of the circular plate due to friction, the change of the gear clearance is affected. In order to ensure the normal meshing of the gears, a gasket must be added on the bottom cover. The thickness of the gasket should be equal to the wear amount of the circular plate.

6. Bowl bearing and sealing device

9. Spring

The function of the spring is to protect the crusher from being damaged when the crusher enters the unbreakable object, so the pressure of the spring is adapted to the crushing force of the crusher. The spring is compressed when the supporting sleeve is lifted only when the crusher is overloaded by falling into the iron block.

The upper part of the cone crusher jumps when it is working normally. This is an abnormal phenomenon that must be carefully analyzed. The reason and measures should be taken to eliminate it. cause an increase in crushing force.
