1. After the above inspection is completed, start the motor jog and run for 2-3 minutes without load, and confirm that the technical conditions of each part are normal, and the load operation can only be performed after the speed is normal;
2. During operation, there should be no noise and friction;
3. If abnormal noise, bearing or motor overheating is found during the working process, the feeding should be stopped, the machine should be stopped for inspection, and the fault should be eliminated;
4. During operation, the operator’s clothes and sleeves should be tied tightly. Helmets and goggles should be worn when approaching the pulverizer; it is strictly forbidden to approach the inlet and outlet of the body, hands and feet to avoid accidental injury from material rebound;
5. After the work is finished and the feeding is stopped, do not stop the machine immediately, but run idling for 2-3 minutes so that all the materials can be discharged. After the machine is stopped, the residual materials in all parts of the machine should be removed.
