1. Matters needing attention when the cone crusher is working:


(1) The ore must be fed in the middle of the distribution plate, and it is not allowed to feed the ore directly into the crushing chamber. Because it is easy to overload the crusher and cause uneven wear of the liner.


The correct feeding conditions are:
a The ore is evenly dispersed in the crushing cavity through the distribution plate.
b The ore fed cannot exceed the level of the wall of the mill


(2) The maximum ore feeding size of the crusher must not be equal to the size of the ore opening, (the maximum size of the ore block ≤ 85% of the ore opening size), otherwise it will lead to:


a reduction in crusher output.
b Damage to some parts of the crusher.


(3) The crusher is not allowed to start under load, which will definitely cause accidents.
(4) When parking, the feeder must be stopped first, and the ore that has entered the crushing chamber must be crushed and discharged before the crusher is stopped.
(5) When the crusher is working, the pressure of the locking system and the working conditions of the hydraulic station should be checked frequently, and problems found should be dealt with in time.


2. Crusher output


The output of the crusher is related to the feeding method, the size of the feeding block, the size of the ore block size, the physical and mechanical properties of the ore, and the temperature. throughput.


3. Replacement of the acetabular wall


There is a U-shaped screw on the wall of the rolling socket to put it on the adjustment ring, and zinc alloy is injected between the two to make it tightly combined. When installing or replacing the wall of the rolling socket, check its fastening condition after working for 6-8 hours. And tighten the U-shaped screws again.


4. Replacement of cone crushing wall


The cone crushing wall is fixed on the cone body with a cone head, and zinc alloy is cast between the two. After the newly installed or newly replaced cone crushing wall has been working for 6-8 hours, its fastening condition should be checked, and if looseness is found, it should be repaired immediately fasten.


5. Gear meshing


Due to the wear of the circular plate due to friction, the change of the gear clearance is affected. In order to ensure the normal meshing of the gears, a gasket must be added on the bottom cover. The thickness of the gasket should be equal to the wear amount of the circular plate.


6. Bowl bearing and sealing device


When installing the bowl bearing, be careful not to damage the oil deflector ring by the steel wire rope (it can be supported between the steel wire ropes by hard wood, etc.).
When assembling, the supporting spherical surface should be scraped and grinded to ensure that the crushing cone and the bowl-shaped mutual spherical surface contact the inner ring on the outer circle and an annular gap of 0.35-0.5mm should be ensured.


The bowl-shaped bearing pad is fixed on the bowl-shaped bearing frame with the surrounding perfusion ba-alloy locking nails to prevent the bowl-shaped bearing pad from rotating along the circumference.


The bowl-shaped bearing frame and the frame body are fixed with keys (pins). If there is a gap between the bowl-shaped bearing frame and the frame body during work, it must be dealt with immediately.


7. The cylindrical bush and the frame are the third type of transition fit. In order to prevent the rotation of the bush, zinc alloy is injected into the upper groove of the bush. When replacing a new bush, it should be prepared according to the actual size of the frame, because After a long time of work and loading and unloading, the crusher will inevitably cause changes in the cooperation relationship. If the gap is too large, the bushing will crack.


8. Conical bushing


The taper sleeve and the hollow eccentric shaft should be grinded together, and zinc alloy should be injected to prevent the taper sleeve from rotating. The zinc alloy should fill all the gaps. The taper sleeve may be deformed due to hot injection of zinc alloy. Therefore, check the dimensions d1 and d2 of the new taper sleeve. Inaccuracies such as B and B should be corrected in time. When manufacturing spare parts, they should be prepared according to the actual size of the inner diameter of the eccentric sleeve to maintain the original fit.


9. Spring


(1) The function of the spring is to protect the crusher from being damaged when the crusher enters the unbreakable object, so the pressure of the spring is adapted to the crushing force of the crusher. The spring does not move when the crusher is working normally. The spring is compressed when the supporting sleeve is lifted only when the crushing chamber is overloaded by iron pieces falling into it.
(2) The upper part of the crusher jumps when it is working normally. This is an abnormal phenomenon that must be carefully analyzed. The reason and measures should be taken to eliminate it. Will cause an increase in crushing force.


There are several reasons for the jumping of the upper part of the crusher:
A uneven ore feeding or too much ore feeding
B feed contains too many small pieces and powdery ores or the humidity is too high.
C row ore port gap is too small.


10. The exposed rotating part of the machine should be covered with a protective cover, but the protective cover should be prepared by the user.
