How to carry out load detection of rock crusher
The beneficiation test technology detects the actual amount of ore passing through the crushing chamber of the rock crusher instantaneously. The load of the crusher affects the particle size and energy consumption of the crushed products, and also affects the normal operation of the rock crusher, so the load of the rock crusher should be detected in time. In multi-stage crushing, generally only the load of the last section of rock crusher that controls the particle size of the final product is detected. This section of crusher is usually in a closed-circuit system, and its feed includes the amount from the previous crushing section and the cyclic load. The main methods to detect the load of the last section of the crusher are:
(1) Directly use the contact material level gauge to indicate the material level in the crushing cavity, that is, to know its load.
(2) Detect the current value in the motor circuit of the crusher
(3) Use a belt scale to weigh the conveying capacity of the crusher feeding belt conveyor
(4) Obtained by calculating the cycle load of the crushing and screening closed-circuit system.
The first two methods directly reflect the size of the instantaneous load in the rock crusher cavity, which is convenient for detection and adjustment in time, and can be combined with an automatic adjustment device to form an automatic control system. In addition to not directly reflecting the load in the rock crusher cavity, the third method also has the advantages of the first two methods, but it needs to increase the settings of the concentrator; when the particle size of the conveyed material is too large (the particle size of the material entering the final crusher) 50MM ), the weighing accuracy of all kinds of belt scales is low, so it is rarely used. The fourth method can only reflect the average load of the rock crusher within a period of time, and cannot realize timely adjustment.
