Six, pay attention to the bolting of the dust-proof sealing slip ring

Seven, regular inspection and maintenance

1) Regularly check the chiller, filter and oil pump of the equipment, and measure the oil temperature. Under normal circumstances, the return oil temperature is required not to exceed 60 degrees, and the temperature is too high for the equipment.

2) Regularly check the water seal and dust-proof drainage of the cone crusher. Once it is found that there is no water or a small amount of water, it should be stopped in time, otherwise it will seriously affect the equipment.

3) Every once in a while, the operator should check the oil pressure of the cone crusher locking cylinder. Especially in the case of serious wear of the lining plate, more attention should be paid to the lining plate fixing bolts on the adjustment ring. Once loose, the lining plate will become loose. For the newly replaced liner, it needs to be tightened again after 24 hours of operation.

4) During the operation of the equipment, check whether the individual shock-absorbing blocks at the bottom are suspended due to the subsidence of the foundation or the deformation of the steel frame, and the equipment swings greatly without any force.

5) Regularly check the wear of the cone crusher sleeve, straight sleeve, upper friction disc, bevel gear, lining plate, etc., and check the state of all bolts and their fasteners.
