During the daily operation of the double roll crusher, the rolling surface needs to be repaired and inspected frequently. There are two types of double roll crushers: tooth surface and smooth surface. The tooth plate or gear ring of the tooth surface double roll crusher can be replaced or turned around. When the teeth are worn to a certain extent, they must be replaced or repaired, otherwise, the particle size of the broken product will be uneven, the power consumption will increase, and the production volume will decrease. The smooth double-roller crusher is sometimes equipped with a grinding wheel on the frame. When pits or grooves are ground on the roller surface, the roller surface can be ground and repaired on the machine without removing the roller surface. Some machines are also equipped with a surfacing device, which can be repaired directly on the machine. Some smooth double-roll crushers are equipped with an automatic axial reciprocating movement device for the rollers to make the roller surface wear evenly. the

Once the roller surface is worn, the width of the discharge opening will increase, and the movable roller needs to be adjusted, and the single-roll crusher needs to adjust the jaw plate. Special attention should be paid when adjusting: the two rollers should be kept parallel to each other to prevent skewing. For double-roll crushers using sliding bearings, attention should be paid to the clearance of the roller bearings. The top clearance between the journal of the roller and the bearing bush is usually 1/10000-1.5/10000 of the diameter of the journal, and the side clearance of the bearing bush is 1/2-1/3 of the top clearance. the

In order to ensure the normal operation of the crusher, the lubrication of its bearings needs to be checked frequently. The rolling bearings should be lubricated and sealed regularly. The sliding bearings are often filled with oil cups or manually injected with thin oil.
