Vibrating screen installation and debugging

1. Preparation before installation of vibrating screen

New vibrating screen equipment should be carefully inspected before installation. Due to the long stacking time of the manufactured finished product inventory, such as rusted bearings, aging seals, or damage during handling, new parts need to be replaced when these problems are encountered. Also, for example, the vibration exciter is rust-proof before leaving the factory and injected with rust-proof oil. It should be replaced with lubricating oil before it is officially put into operation.

Before installation, you should read the manual carefully and be fully prepared.

2. Installation of vibrating screen

(1) Install the supporting or hanging device. During installation, the foundation shall be leveled, and then the components shall be installed in sequence according to the component diagram of the supporting or hanging device and the installation diagram of the sieve. Before the spring is installed, it should be selected according to the actual stiffness value marked on the end face.

(2) Connect the screen box to the support or hanging device. After installation, it should be adjusted according to the specified inclination. For the hanging screen, the inclination angle of the screen box and the level of the main shaft of the screen box should be adjusted at the same time. Generally, the horizontal leveling is adjusted first to eliminate the deflection of the screen box. After the horizontal correction, adjust the longitudinal inclination of the screen box. The force of the vibration isolation spring should be uniform, and its force can be judged by measuring the compression of the spring. Generally, the compression of the two sets of springs at the feed end must be the same, as should the two sets of springs at the discharge end. The spring compression on the discharge end and the feed end can be different.

(3) Install the motor and triangle tape. When installing, the foundation of the motor should be leveled, the level of the motor needs to be corrected, the centerlines of the corresponding grooves of the two belt pulleys should be coincident, and the tensile force of the triangular tape should be appropriate.

(4) Install and fix the screen surface as required.

(5) Check the fixing of the connecting parts of the screen (such as screen plate, vibration exciter, etc.), and the screen mesh should be evenly tensioned to prevent local vibration. Check the lubrication of the transmission part, whether the wiring of the motor and the control box is correct, and turn the transmission part by hand to check whether the operation is normal.

(6) Check whether the sieve's feeding, discharging chute and under-sieve funnel collide during operation.

3. Trial operation of vibrating screen

After the installation of the screening machine is completed, an empty test run should be carried out, the installation quality should be preliminarily checked, and necessary adjustments should be made.

(1) The test run time of the sieve shall not be less than 8h. During this time, observe whether the sieve starts smoothly and quickly, whether the vibration and operation are stable, and there is no special noise. Observe whether the amplitude meets the requirements through the amplitude plate.

(2) When the screen is running, the vibration of the screen box should not produce yaw. If yaw occurs, the reason may be that the height difference between the springs on both sides is too large, the tension of the hanging wire rope is uneven, the rotating shaft is not level, or the triangle tape is too tight, and should be adjusted accordingly.

(3) Within 4 hours of driving, the bearing temperature gradually increases and then remains stable. The maximum temperature does not exceed 75℃, and the temperature rise cannot exceed 40℃.

(4) If there is abnormal noise or the temperature of the bearing rises sharply after driving, stop the machine immediately, check whether the shaft rotates flexibly and whether the lubrication is good, etc., and restart it after the fault is eliminated.

(5) After driving for 2-4 hours, stop the machine to check whether the connecting parts are loose.

(6) If there is no fault after 8 hours of commissioning, the installation project can be accepted.

Key points of vibrating screen operation

(1) The operator should read the duty record and conduct a general inspection of the equipment before working. Check the tension of the V-belt, the oil level in the vibrator, check the tension of the screen surface, the tightening of the bolts of various parts and the damage of the screen surface.

(2) The start-up of the vibrating screen should follow the sequence of the process system.

(3) When the vibrating screen is in operation, the working conditions of the exciter and the screen box should be checked visually and auditorily. After the vibrating screen is stopped, touch the vicinity of the bearing cap with your hand to check the temperature rise of the bearing.

(4) The shutdown of the vibrating screen should conform to the sequence of the process system. Except for the special requirements of the vibrating screen, it is strictly forbidden to continue feeding material to the screen after stopping with material.

(5) When the vibrating screen is handed over, the technical status of the screen on duty and the faults found should be recorded in the duty record. The damage category of the parts and the date of adding and changing the oil of the exciter should be indicated in the vibrating screen record.

(6) The vibrating screen is a high-speed moving equipment. When the vibrating screen is running, the operating and inspecting personnel must maintain a certain safety distance to prevent personal accidents.

Vibrating screen maintenance and repair

The purpose of vibrating screen maintenance and overhaul is to understand the overall condition of the vibrating screen, and to restore the working capacity of the screen by repairing and replacing damaged and worn parts. The content of vibrating screen includes daily maintenance, regular inspection and repair.

1. Daily maintenance of vibrating screen

The daily maintenance of the vibrating screen includes the surface of the screen, the fastening of the vibrating screen, especially the screen surface, and the vibrating screen should be fastened in time when it is loose. The vibrating screen should clean the surface of the screen regularly. The vibrating screen should be repaired, derusted and painted in time for the peeling parts of the paint. The exposed surface should be coated with industrial vaseline to prevent rust.

2. Regular inspection of vibrating screen

Periodic inspection of vibrating screen includes weekly inspection and monthly inspection.

(1) Weekly inspection of the vibrating screen: Check the bolt tightening of the exciter, screen surface, support device, etc., and tighten the vibrating screen when it is loose. Check the use of the transmission device and the locking condition of the connecting bolts, check the tension of the V-belt by the vibrating screen, and properly tighten it if necessary. When the vibrating screen checks the sieve, the vibrating screen must pay special attention to check whether the unbalanced weight on the flywheel is fixed reliably.

(2) Monthly inspection of the vibrating screen: Check the wear of the screen surface. If the vibrating screen finds obvious local wear, take necessary measures (such as changing the position, etc.), and re-tighten the screen surface. The vibrating screen checks the entire screen frame, the vibrating screen mainly checks the welds of the main beam and all the beams, and the vibrating screen carefully checks whether there are local cracks. Check the condition of all the bolts on the side plate of the screen box. When the vibrating screen finds that there is a gap or looseness between the bolts and the side plate, the vibrating screen should be replaced with new bolts.

3. Repair of vibrating screen

The vibrating screen should be repaired for problems found during regular inspection of the vibrating screen. The repair contents of the vibrating screen include timely adjusting the tension of the V-belt, replacing the new belt, replacing the worn screen surface and longitudinal gasket, replacing the damping spring, replacing the rolling bearing, transmission gear and seal, replacing the damaged bolt, and repairing the damage of the screen frame member, etc. .

The side plates and beams of the screen frame should avoid stress concentration, so the vibrating screen is not allowed to be welded on these components. The vibrating screen should be replaced in time for the cracking of the lower beam. When the side plate is found to be damaged by cracks, a 5mm hole should be drilled in time at the end of the crack, and then a reinforcing plate should be added to the cracked part. The disassembly, repair and assembly of the exciter should be carried out by full-time personnel in a clean place.

After the vibrating screen is disassembled, check the wear of the rolling bearing, check the tooth surface of the gear, and check the connection of each component. The vibrating screen cleans the lubrication circuit in the box to make it smooth. Replace all seals and other damaged parts.

Special attention should be paid to the maintenance of vibrating screen:

(1) When disassembling the vibrating screen vibrator, carefully disassemble it from the outside to the inside, so as to avoid artificial damage to the parts. Especially when disassembling the balance wheel, be sure to use the disassembler. The disassembled parts should be cleaned one by one, and carefully If damage is found after inspection, the vibrating screen should be repaired or replaced in time.

(2) The disassembly of the exciter and the transmission device should be carried out by experienced technical workers. The vibrating screen is strictly prohibited from brutal operation, and the vibrating screen is prevented from damaging the equipment. The parts should be kept clean before assembly of the vibrating screen.

(3) The new screen mesh after the replacement of the vibrating screen should be re-tensioned every 4-8 hours until the vibrating screen is fully tensioned.
