Fault 1: The flywheel rotates but the movable jaw stops swinging
Reasons: 1. The thrust plate is broken 2. The connecting rod is damaged 3. The spring is broken
Solution: 1. Replace the thrust plate 2. Repair the connecting rod 3. Replace the spring
Fault 2: The tooth plate is loose, producing metal impact sound
Reason: loose or damaged tooth plate fixing screw or side wedge plate
Solution: Tighten or replace screws or side wedges
Fault 3: Product granularity becomes coarse
Reason: Significant wear on the lower part of the tooth plate
Solution: turn the tooth plate around or adjust the outlet
Fault 4: Thrust plate support pad produces impact sound
Cause: Insufficient spring tension, worn or loose support pads
