3. Cycle load

In a closed-loop production process, if the discharge port is enlarged and the load in the cycle is increased, the particle shape of the stone will become better. In the whole process, due to the increase in the cycle load, the wear of each equipment in the system will increase, but when the discharge After the mouth is adjusted larger, the load of the main crushing motor can be reduced, and the shape of the finished material becomes better.

4. Open and closed loops

In the secondary crushing process, the circulation is divided into circuit circulation and closed circuit circulation. The former is called first sieving and then crushing, and the latter is called first crushing and then sieving. After sieving, it enters the secondary crushing inlet for crushing, so that the output of finished materials increases, and the content of needle flakes also increases. Crushing first and then screening means that all the primary crushed material enters the feed port of the secondary crusher, and then enters the finished product sieve for secondary crushing. The whole system is a closed system, there is no loss of crushed material, and the cycle load is relatively large. , but the product has a good grain shape.
