1. Inspection before the equipment is started: Check the motor. Check whether the feet of the equipment are stable; tighten the anchor screws. Check the tightness of the V-belt and adjust it appropriately. Check whether the moving parts of the equipment collide with each other, and check by manual cranking. Check whether the concentrate discharge port is closed.

2. Startup of the equipment: After the inspection is completed, turn on the power supply, jog the motor, and check whether the running direction of the equipment is consistent with the label. After everything is normal, the power can be turned on to start the motor, so that the equipment can be put into normal operation.

3. Mine and water supply for the equipment: when the equipment is in normal operation, the recoil valve is opened, and the ore pulp prepared in proportion is fed at the same time.

4. Precautions during equipment operation: Check the temperature and current of the motor from time to time. Pay attention to observe the condition of moving parts everywhere, whether there is any abnormality. Pay attention to the liquid-solid ratio of the pulp at any time and adjust it in time. After a certain period of time, open the inspection cover of the upper cover to observe the deposition of heavy sand between the inner grooves and see if there is any abnormality.

5. Equipment shutdown: The machine is working normally and cleans the concentrate once per shift. Before shutting down, stop the feeding of ore pulp first, and then shut down. After the machine stops stably, unscrew the screw plug of the concentrate discharge port and flush out the concentrate. The cleaning time of concentrate is 15 to 20 minutes. Then, close the concentrate discharge port and proceed to the next cycle operation.

6. Abnormal shutdown of the equipment: In case of special circumstances, it needs to be temporarily shut down. It must first stop feeding the mine, and then stop the backwashing water before shutting down. If the temporary downtime is long, the concentrate needs to be cleaned up and then shut down. Note: Before starting the machine after a temporary shutdown, be sure to feed the slurry first and then the backwash water to avoid the loss of gold particles.
