Preparations before installation of Raymond mill

1. When the Raymond mill is not installed at the operating site, it should be properly kept. The exposed surface must be coated with anti-rust grease and protected from sun and rain to prevent the body from rusting and water ingress. A maintenance system must be established.

2. The factory building and foundation should have sufficient height and installation location according to the size of the Raymond Mill installation foundation drawing. The Raymond Mill foundation should be made of high-standard cement and the foundation must be buried with steel bars before the foundation can be poured, and the threading pipe or cable trench should be buried. . After the cement foundation is poured, there must be a maintenance period of 15 days.

3. It should be equipped with 2-3 tons of lifting tools for the installation and maintenance of Raymond mill.

4. If the Raymond mill has been in use for more than 6 months from the factory, the central axis system, transmission device, grinding roller device, and analysis engine oil pool of the main engine should be cleaned and inspected. After cleaning and inspection, sufficient lubricating oil should be added to each part.
