2. Production process:

The limestone stone is blasted from the mountain, and the stone less than 1020mm is sent to the vibrating feeder through the dump truck, and the vibrating feeder sends the stone evenly to the jaw crusher. The stones produced by jaw crushing are about 150mm-300mm. The vibrating feeder sends the material into the impact crusher for the second stage of crushing. The material is graded and screened through the circular vibrating screen. The material larger than the finished product is returned to the impact crusher for re-crushing. The finished product It is transported to the finished product area by a belt conveyor.
Note: When the feed material is less than or equal to 300mm, the material will directly enter the impact crusher for crushing, without the first stage of crushing.
